Christian Lindberg Signature Mutes
"Lasse Lindgren took over the legendary "Ullvén Mutes for Brass Instruments". We have started a fantastic collaboration, and together created two beautiful new mutes: ”Chrisso ́s Triple Straight Plate mute ” & ”Chrisso ́s "Chilli Wah-Wow-mute” in a new Christian Lindberg signature mute serie. The collaboration was particularly successful, since Lasse not only masters the trumpet, but is a phenomenal ”superbone” player, and therefore understand all the different details that needs to be taken in to consideration for making mutes for trombones that work well on stage."

After preliminary tests and some freehand attempts by my mute maker Mikael, we had some very flat cups for Christian to try. These are no ordinary cup mutes, I said. They are flat, more like a Plate mute. ”Who cares” Christian replied, it's how it sounds and playes that matters. After a while of testing, he shouted ”Bingo!” – and he discovered that the flat Plate/cup can be used in three different ways. ”This is really triple mute!” Christian was happy: “great sound in the whole register, I put my signature on this.
A new great mute for Christian and the Trombone world was born!!

About Chrisso's 313CH Chillired Wah-Wow mute
The Chillired Wah-Wow Mute is actually a 313 "Popy Wah-Wow Bop Mute" with some small changes. Christian prefers aluminium over copper and this mute is made of aluminium.
Then the beautiful lacquer Chillired consists of 2 layers which makes it a little 13 gram heavier, and the stem-cup is shorter than the original. the stem tube is black.
So, If you want one of the world ́s most beautiful and exclusive Wah-Wow mutes, - this is something for you!!
As all other Ullvén mutes, it comes with a rather thick cork, so it will fit even large bells, and then you can adjust the cork after your own wish/desire/size of bell. It will sit safely!
313CH comes with additional 3 different Stem tubes, that gives you more possibilities to vary the sound.
